Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates Workout, formerly Pilates Studio Stockton, is located in the historic Central Building, 25 South San Joaquin Street, in the heart of Downtown Stockton. Located on the 2nd story, the studio features a large, mirrored room for mat workouts, and several smaller rooms for apparatus workouts. The studio atmosphere is perfect for the Traditional Pilates system. While it has all the modern conveniences you would expect, the historic architecture takes you back in time to experience Pilates as it was meant to be experienced. The studio features a large room for mat work and other apparatus, with separate custom rooms for the workout chairs, cadillacs, and reformers. Large windows and skylights allow for the entire space to be filled with natural light. Classical Pilates Workout is equipped with specialized apparatus built from the original design specifications and mechanics of Joseph Pilates's own equipment.
